Nicole produced, directed and wrote three films exploring Whistler’s history, including Whistler: A People’s History, Ski Bums to Business and Made in Whistler. The films were funded by the Whistler Museum, the Vancouver Organizing Committee of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Resort Municipality of Whistler and the B.C. Arts Council. All three films screened at the Whistler Live 2010 Olympic Festival in Whistler. She also produced and wrote two short films, The Turning Season of Whistler and Carrying the Lil'wat Nation, which premiered at the 2009 Whistler Film Festival.
